How do I get my parcel delivered?

  1. In the order form on any e-shop:
    • write "Blocks" before your name 💙
    • enter your phone number 📞
    • the address of your building 📍
    • pay for your purchase online 💸
  2. In the note next to your order, mention delivery to the Blocks boxes in your building.
  3. You will receive an SMS/notification with a PIN/QR code for pick up immediately after delivery. ✅

How to pass things to a colleague?

  1. On the Blocks screen, select "Deposit package".
  2. Enter the recipient's phone number.
  3. Select the size of the box and store the package.
  4. The recipient receives a message with an access code.


Recipient not registered in Blocks? No problem, save the shipment to your phone number and forward the access code to them.

How do I store my personal belongings?

  1. On the Blocks screen, select "Deposit package".
  2. Enter your phone number.
  3. Select the size of the box and store the package.
  4. You will receive a message with the access code shortly.

How to pick up a delivery?

  1. On the Blocks screen, select "Pick-up package".
  2. Enter the PIN you received in the SMS or scan the QR code from the app.

💡 If you are near Blocks with your shipment, the app will offer you a pickup directly from your phone.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Why is registration required?
So that your phone number can be used to store parcels and so that Blocks can replace you physically and legally in your dealings with the courier.

What is the Blocks app for?
Everything goes much faster! Open your box in one click directly from the app without having to touch anything. Plus, Blocks knows you're near your parcel and sends you a notification to open it quickly.

Where can I download the app?
The app is free to download on the App Store and Google Play.

Is there a charge for using the Blocks?
Of course not. It's free to use no matter how you use it. You only pay for the courier service you chose when ordering on the store.

Do I need to enter a country code when storing package?
This is not necessary for Czech phone numbers (+420). For all other numbers it is!

How do I know which box my shipment is in?
After entering the access code, your box will automatically open and an arrow on the display will guide you to it.

What size are the boxes?
Most Blocks have box sizes:
S: 32x16,5x51
M: 32x34,5x51
L: 32x70x51

Some also have XL:
XL: 68x70x51

How heavy a shipment can I send to Blocks?
What fits in the box, it can carry.

What if all the boxes are full or the shipment won't fit?
The Courier follows its internal policy. They will usually contact you by phone or arrive the next day.

How long can a shipment be in Blocks?
You will receive the first reminder for pick-up after 24 hours. As standard, the shipment can be in Blocks for up to 3 days. If you need to pick up a shipment later, contact the building administration and you will find common ground.

Can someone else pick up the package for me?
No problem! Just forward the PIN to the person to collect.

Do Blocks have a payment terminal/can cash on delivery?
Blocks does not have a payment terminal and cannot be used for COD shipments. This gives users an incentive to pick up their shipment as soon as possible and release it to you.

From which e-shop can I send a package to Blocks?
Any courier can deliver to Blocks from any e-shop.

How does the courier know to deliver to my box?
"Blocks" in front of your name or your note with your order is a signal to any courier and a valid request to deliver to Blocks.
We're also currently working on integrations that will allow you to choose to save to your Blocks directly in your e-stores.

Where can I find Blocks?
The boxes are usually located at the entrance to the building. Alternatively, the receptionist will direct you.
